There’s something truly special about stepping into Sanará Studio — a tranquil garden home studio in Kingston, thoughtfully created within Christina’s home, where yoga, wellness, and self-care come together. The studio has been designed to feel calm, welcoming, and grounding from the moment you arrive.
The name Sanará means “will heal,” and that intention guides everything offered here. Classes and sessions take place in a warm, light-filled space where the changing seasons gently shape the experience, inviting you to slow down and reconnect.
Sanará Studio offers thoughtfully guided yoga and Five Element Acupressure, with personal attention woven into every session. Whether you’re new to yoga, returning after time away, or seeking deeper support through natural therapies, you’ll be met exactly where you are.
High-quality mats and props are provided for your convenience, allowing you to simply arrive, settle in, and focus on yourself. Parking is available on site, with additional street parking nearby if needed.
And you might also meet Bruno, the studio’s cheerful sausage-dog mascot, who loves sunshine, gentle cuddles, and greeting everyone who steps through the door.
At its heart, Sanará Studio is a sanctuary — a home-based space dedicated to healing, balance, and genuine connection, where you’re welcomed into a calm, supportive environment and invited to feel at ease.

Our new Kingston studio is located at 57 Kingston View Dr. If you are coming from Summerleas Road, drive past the Kingborough Sports Centre and look for a yellow and grey driveway sign on the right-hand side.
Contact us to connect. We’d love to hear where you are at and talk about what might be suitable for you. Beginners’ courses are available, and some of the regular classes will be suitable too. If a group setting doesn’t feel like the right way to get started, opt for a private one-on-one class.
Sanará Studio is fully equipped with premium mats and props, ensuring everything you need is at your fingertips. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer, but rest assured, we’ve got you covered.
We highly recommend you pre-book your class.
We kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel, allowing us to offer the spot to another eager yogi. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the class or no-shows will incur a 100% no-show fee.
As sustainability is high on our agenda, we have chosen yoga mats and props that are not only providing you with a high-quality product, but that are also biodegradable and sustainable. The Earth-Me yoga mats are free of glues, AZO dyes and chemicals. The 100% natural tree rubber is sourced from sustainably managed rubber plantations. No Amazonian rainforests were destroyed in making these mats. Our bolsters are filled with 100% natural, sustainable and biodegradable kapok fibre. The wool blankets are loom-woven from 80% recycled wool fibres and 20% recycled synthetic fibres, and the blankets are not treated with any chemicals, making them safe for you and the planet.

There are 5 parking spots available right on-site! If they’re full when you arrive, no worries—there’s plenty of free parking in the surrounding area. Be sure to arrive a bit early to secure your spot. If parking on-site, please use only the dedicated Sanará Studio spots.

- Shanti Membership – up to two classes of your choice per week for $25.00
- Ananda Membership – up to three classes per week for $32.00
