The Embodied Path is a space for deeper support beyond weekly classes — for those wanting to explore yoga as a lived experience, not just movement on the mat.
It offers a more personal way to connect through reflection, conversation, and guidance woven into everyday life. It is open to you whether you are new to yoga or have been practising for many years.
This is not about performance. It is about staying close to yourself through practice — especially when life feels busy, uncertain, or disconnected.

Acupressure works through gentle, therapeutic touch—no needles required. Christina practices the Five Elements method, rooted in natural Chinese medicine and enriched by traditional Japanese practices and modern Western science.
Benefits
Each session is tailored to your needs, helping to release tension, restore energy flow, and bring calm, clarity, and vitality.
Why Choose This Work
Christina is drawn to this method because it honours the connection between body, mind, and heart. It supports both immediate imbalances and deeper, underlying or inter-generational wounds and blocks.

While we believe practising together in person is the most meaningful way to experience yoga — supporting connection, community and shared energy — we know this is not always possible.
Our online classes are for those who live too far away to join us in Kingston, or for those wanting to stay connected while travelling, working away, or on holidays.
These classes are simple, authentic and intentionally low-tech. Shared from our home studio without a large production setup, they offer honest practice as it unfolds.
You can join live or practise in your own time with the recording. Classes include Monday 6–7 pm Ashtanga Vinyasa and Tuesday 10–11 am Seasonal Yoga Flow.
