Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
Each pose is performed in a specific order, which has the effect of ‘unlocking’ the body, and preparing it for the next pose to come. All poses have specific health benefits and when combined into a flowing sequence, it results in detoxification and realignment of the body and nervous system. This practice helps develop inner strength, flexibility and can improve general health and well-being. Classes are based on the primary series and accessible modifications are offered throughout.
