Yoga is a personal practice, and there is no need for prior experience or flexibility. Each class offers options and variations so you can move in a way that feels appropriate for your body on any given day.
Our classes are dynamic and can be both energising and strengthening, with plenty of space to adapt and move at your own pace.
Most people begin with our Seasonal Yoga classes or the Monday evening Ashtanga Vinyasa session, which are grounding, supportive, and a good entry point into regular practice. If you prefer more individual guidance, private yoga sessions are also available and can be tailored specifically to your needs and experience.
A regular yoga practice can support strength, mobility, focus, and nervous system regulation, and often creates a greater sense of balance and steadiness both on and off the mat.
The best way to start is simply to choose a class that fits your schedule and come along to see how it feels. You are always welcome to move at your own pace and take breaks when needed.
