Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and physically demanding style of yoga that synchronises breath with movement. The Primary Series consists of a set sequence of poses performed in a specific order, designed to create internal heat and detoxify the body. This method builds strength, flexibility, and stamina, promoting mental clarity and inner peace.
This course will give you the tools and foundational elements you need to develop your practice in a safe and mindful way.
The course is suitable for those who are new to yoga and those who would like a refresher.

Session 1: Mon 28 Oct, 17.30 to 18.45 Session 2: Mon 4 Nov, 17.30 to 18.45 Session 3: Mon 11 Nov, 17.30 to 18.45 Session 4: Mon 18 Nov, 17.30 to 18.45 Session 5: Mon 25 Nov, 17.30 to 18.45
