Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and physically demanding style of yoga that synchronises breath with movement. It consists of a set sequence of poses performed in a specific order, designed to create internal heat and detoxify the body. This method builds strength, flexibility, and stamina, promoting mental clarity and inner peace.

Classes are predominantly based on the primary series.

Yin Yoga

Yin is in! The busier our lives become, the more we feel a need to give back to our body & mind to find balance. Yin yoga is slow and steady with a sense of core softness and surrender. We passively work with the connective tissues, asking the muscles to take a back seat within the application of poses. Enhancing the health of our connective tissue and working with the meridian pathways, we can improve our overall health, immunity and emotional wellbeing. 

Seasonal Yoga

Reconnect with your body, mind, and the rhythm of the seasons. These classes combine strength, flexibility, and mindful movement, tailored to support your wellbeing throughout the year.

Sessions vary to reflect the season and your needs: sometimes it’s nature’s breath yoga outdoors, other times a Vinyasa-to-Yin flow, or a practice focused on specific benefits—like hip opening, immune support, or overall vitality.

Each class is designed to leave you feeling balanced, energized, and aligned with your body and the natural world.

Mysore (Ashtanga self-practice)

Deepen your Ashtanga Vinyasa practice in a supportive, self-paced environment. Mysore sessions allow you to move through your practice at your own rhythm, with individual guidance and adjustments from Christina.

To get the most from Mysore practice, it’s recommended to also attend the led Ashtanga Vinyasa classes to build familiarity with the sequence. Beginners are welcome—start by attending the Monday night sessions or one of our Ashtanga Beginner Courses.
