Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga offers a slow, gentle practice to restore balance and calm. By working with connective tissue and meridian pathways, it supports flexibility, immunity, and emotional wellbeing.

Seasonal Yoga

Reconnect with your body and mind through classes that flow with the seasons. Combining strength, flexibility, and mindful movement, each session supports wellbeing, balance, and vitality.

Mysore (Ashtanga self-practice)

Deepen your Ashtanga Vinyasa practice in a supportive, self-paced environment. Receive individual guidance and adjustments from Christina. Beginners are welcome—try Monday night sessions or an Ashtanga Beginner Course first.
